  1. I’ll test new or changed functionality and determine if and where they fit.
  2. If the new feature does move us forward, I’ll testing and validate how it should be configured/used.
  3. If you’ve purchased a report that the change is applicable to, I’ll keep you in the loop via eMail.
  4. I’ll send out an update alert summary that provides guidance on the new feature and recommends steps you could take to implement it.
  5. I’ll also update the reports so new customers have a single document to follow, rather than all sorts of addendum updates to reference.
